How is ShimmerScreen used and how can you specify or order ShimmerScreen?
ShimmerScreen is a versatile design element and is produced based on the specifications of your project. It has been used as area dividers, window treatments, lighting fixtures, backdrops, art installations, along with a wide variety of architectural design elements. Once you select a size, style, material and finish, we will produce the product based on the dimensions of the project. We can cut the strands to any length, and we can also curve the track if required.
How expensive is ShimmerScreen?
ShimmerScreen costs generally range from $10 per square foot to $30 per square foot. Some options can be slightly less expensive and we do produce some options that are more expensive. Costs will depend on the diameter, style, material and finish. We will work with you to find a solution to fit your budget.
What is the weight of ShimmerScreen?
ShimmerScreen can weigh anywhere from 1- 4 pounds per square foot, depending on the diameter and material. For a more accurate estimate on weight for a specific project, please fill out this form.
Does ShimmerScreen Rust?

Can You Use ShimmerScreen Outside?

Do You Install ShimmerScreen?
No. However, ShimmerScreen is generally easy to install and can be installed by a contractor. We can also provide an installation guide.
Do beads line up evenly?
No. Due to the manufacturing process, there will be a tolerance in the spacing between the beads so they will not always line up from strand to strand or be perfectly even along the bottom.
